• Other: Australia, Japan.

For customers from other countries, return shipping fees for a 30-day return period are at their own expense. 

 

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • In its original packaging with all accessories.
  • In the like-new condition.

 

To initiate a return, simply click on the "return" button located on the order details page, accessible through the shipping information email. On the following page, select the reason for the return and upload photos of the product. Once the initial review is approved, you can download a free shipping label and print it to drop off the package at a nearby collection point for delivery.

 

We will inspect the returned goods within three business days upon receiving them at our warehouse and initiate a refund to your payment account.
